Job description:
- ongoing daily support 24/7 to the customers through channels as live chat, forums, tickets, but also one-on-one screen share solutions,
- creating, investigating but also troubleshooting of detailed bug reports,
- being the ambassador of products of Automattic, such as WordPress.com, Jetpack, WooCommerce, and many others,
- sharing knowledge, building great support community and helping hands for team members all over the world.
Requirements:
- you are excellent with WordPress, CSS, HTML coding and your brain works in the mode of supporting the others,
- super skilled in communication and writing, well known technical language and you can translate the technical language also to laics,
- you are a problem solver with the passion for it in your soul who comes with the solutions that are always efficient,
- english is the language you feel comfortable in to read and write, other additional languages are a plus.

- flexibility, so you are willing to learn new knowledge,
- adaptability,
- teamwork as the company needs you to help teach the others,
