Customer Success Guru – Work Remotely from Europe!
Resource Guru is looking for a Customer Success Guru who can work from their home. Your main job will be to help to manage customer service for the company and reply to tickets in time, test new features or develop their Help Center documentation. They are seeking someone who likes working with people, who is empathetic, passionate about technology, rational and with an attention to the detail. Job responsibilities:
- to test new features and updates,
- to maintain their Help Center documentation,
- responding to tickets in time,
- to manage daily customer service for the company (billing, technical enquiries, etc.).
Job Qualifications:
- previous work experience in Sales environment or in a startup company,
- no special education needed.

- great technical skills,

- experienced in customer service,
- ability to help others,
- attentive to details,
- great English skills,
- positive attitude,
- not afraid to ask lots of questions.
